Introducing the New Look of Reset

May 14, 2026

Reset Refreshed

In 2007, reSET started with a simple idea: business could do more.

More than generate profit. More than operate in isolation. Business could be part of how communities grow, adapt, and solve real problems. That conversation has never really stopped.

Over the years, that idea has taken shape in new ways through the entrepreneurs we’ve supported, the partnerships we’ve built, and the communities that have helped shape our work across Connecticut.

In 2025, we took a major step forward
by acquiring Collab, Inc., a New Haven-based organization known for its heart-centered approach to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs. Bringing Collab into the organization wasn’t growth for the sake of growth. It was a move toward building something more connected and more capable — combining trusted relationships and deep community roots in both Hartford and New Haven with expanded infrastructure  and statewide reach.

Since then, we’ve spent the past year doing the real work of integration. We listened to entrepreneurs, alumni, partners, staff, board members, and community leaders from both organizations to better understand what Connecticut’s entrepreneurial ecosystem needs now, especially during a time of rapid change and uncertainty.

And one thing became clear: Success would not be measured by the acquisition itself, but by what it makes possible. A stronger ecosystem. More pathways for entrepreneurs to build and grow. More support for businesses rooted in purpose and impact.

Today, we’re excited to share the next evolution of that work.

We’re introducing a new look for reSET — now
Reset.

Alongside a new logo and refreshed identity, we’re also evolving “Beyond Business as Usual” from the name of our flagship conference into a tagline that reflects who we are and what we believe. Because for us, this work has never been about business as usual. It’s about what becomes possible when entrepreneurs are supported, connected, and building businesses rooted in purpose.

This new identity reflects where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and where we’re headed next. It honors the legacy of both reSET and Collab while creating a clearer, unified direction for the future — one rooted in community, equity, innovation, and entrepreneurship that creates lasting impact.

To everyone who helped shape this journey: thank you. We’re proud of the history that brought us here, and even more excited for what comes next.

We’re just getting started.
