$500 Flat-rate Formation or Conversion to Benefit Corporation:*

Formation or conversion services, not including State or Federal filing fees and similar expenses.

Formation or Conversion Documents Include (as applicable):

  • Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Amendment, or Certificate of Conversion;
  • Bylaws;
  • Written Consent of Incorporator (as needed);
  • Written Consent of Directors or Members in Lieu of First Meeting (as needed);
  • Form of Employee Confidentiality and Assignment of Inventions Agreements & Form of Business Transaction Non-Disclosure Agreement.

 

$1500 Trusted Advisor Package:

  • The firm and the client will hold three (3) review and assessment meetings per year (once every four (4) months). The purpose of these meetings is to review all matters concerning the client’s present and future status and plans. All topics are open to discussion, and other practice area lawyers can be involved at the client’s request.
