Sarah Bodley • June 15, 2020

Business Name: Weston Enterprizes LLC.

Product Name: 4 Finger Barbeque Sauce – Adell’s

Members: Anthony Weston – Owner and Sole Proprietor

Company Description: Producer of the 4 Finger Barbeque Sauce line.

The Flagship of the 4 Finger Barbeque Sauce line is called Adell’s. It’s a savory sauce that starts sweet and then comes with the heat. This sauce accompanies well with most anything that comes off the grill, such as beef, pork, chicken and burgers but it also works well on seafood such as shrimp, scallops, salmon and vegan dishes too! Perfect on vegetables as a sweet and spicy addition at the end of the stir-fry! It is great as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets, tater tots and it’s even good on top of scrambled eggs! Use it as a marinade too!

Adell’s 4 Finger Barbeque Sauce with it’s Northern Sweet and Southern Heat, it is truly  the boss of sauce!

Why the Food Incubator?

I was in need of a source to provided navigation for being an entrepreneur in the food industry and also to provide a reality check as to where I really am and what does it take to really get to my goals with my product.

What’s your biggest takeaway from the Food Incubator? It’s difficult to select one, but I would say the guidance and the recourse that the incubator has brought forth.

What’s your advice for someone just starting their business?

If they’re in the food industry and are in need of facts and direction, like I was, I would point them to reSET as a great place to start.

What makes you the best person to start this particular business?

For me it’s more of a building desire and belief in my product, maybe those two aspects are the reasons it makes me qualified. It was an external push that got me started looking at the opportunity that what I produce is something others may enjoy and are willing to buy.
