The Stan Simpson Show: Ex-inmate tries to make things right

HARTFORD – Stan talks with a former prison inmate who is seeking to transform drug dealers into legitimate entrepreneurs. Bashaun Brown is a convicted bank robber, and now he is trying to make things right with a venture that will teach entrepreneurial skills to drug dealers so that they can conduct their business legally.

Brown served six years for bank robbery, is working to establish a venue for an upcoming event in the co-working space reSET, among other things. reSET serves entrepreneurs and aims to inspire innovation and community collaboration and they have been mentoring Bashaun in his business venture.
